It started with a talk......
........And ended with a conversation.
It has been the weirdest weekend ever for me. Firstly my granmother had motor-neurons. On Thursday she went to Beaumont for some tests to see how badly she was doing. My mother returned late on Friday. We talked for hours about different things. It was the first time I opened up to her which is a bad thing to say. I never could of believed how much about me she knew that I didn't tell her.
On Saturday I was in town for most of the day. I met up with Sean (accidentally) and hung around with him for a couple of hours before heading to a friends 18th. This time round it was a pretty good night.
Sunday morning at 6:35 I got a call from my parents, I was in a friends house at the time. Beaumont had called to say that my gran was having respiratory problems and that maybe we should see her before ot was too late. We left before 7. After arriving in Ballinasloe I was awoken. I knew straight away why. She died at 7:35 am Sunday 24th April. There was noone with her when she died and she passed in her sleep.
What at first was looking like a pretty good weekend was bad. Thats it for now as I have exams thursday and i wont get time again before then.
Somethin which I left out but feel that is relevant is for 2 years that disease tortured her body. The signs of it were always there. When I saw her she looked 10 years younger. All the pain, the lines everything that showed her to be in pain or being sick were gone. She is at peace now.
